what a lucky lady to receive a gift looking like that!
have a wonderful thanksgiving feast and later, when you've recovered, I'd love your brine recipe... we don't do that here for our Xmas turkeys but it sounds like a great idea.

Why can't I get the brining thing down? In some ways I am such a turkey novice. Although I did lovingly massage my (turkey) breast with a body butter full of garlic, poultry seasoning, rosemary salt and paprika. So we did okay.
