Great idea to put the maps on the reverse of the runner. Maps used to keep my kids very busy at the table.

I love the thick hearty table. I think the table runner is fab. Sorry about the funeral - they aren't much fun. I need one of those green rooms. How lovely and relaxing!

i can see that it looks like that daffodil, which i dug up from the yard, moss and all, isn't in a container...but it's in a little clay dish that was made by husband's oldest daughter back when she was going to an after school program where they could make such things. it's just that it's kind of a strange, low, shape and a brownish color that ends up a bit camouflaged. :-)
