I am familiar with the house sale story but am still shocked how quickly it's progressing... but I agree that it sounds like a great plan. Good luck with the sale/purchase, I think a (work)shop sounds lovely.

And an idea of another gathering in the blue room sounds wonderful. And very, very tempting. If I had a blue room like yours (or any room for that matter) we would have a London Blog Camp next but...
