Yeah today did feel like a Monday, wtf?!?!? It was SO BORING today! I think the most exciting thing i did today was workout and if I have to choose that as my most exciting thing then that's not saying much.
My daughter is soundly sleeping and my husband has a nasty headache (I think from LACK of caffeine) so I'm making him coffee now. The sun is BLARING through the windows and I have a great opportunity to get back to my book writing but I choose to comment on blogs instead ;-)
I walked around all day thinking it was Monday, more because I get my days of the week confused at times more than anything else. It was pretty exciting to discover it was tuesday after all (or Wednesday as the case may be). Hope it gets a bit better.
I'm sorry you had a crappy day, but this post made me realise I've missed you in amongst all these (fab) interviews. And that I miss blogging myself. One day ... Hope your weekend is a vast improvement! x
The day you posted this (Aug 18th) was not a good day here either! Aug 18th is my wedding anniversary (which is good! 9 years!). But my husband lost his job (on our anniversary!), and a close friend of ours accidentally chopped off 1/2 of his index finger while chopping wood! Not a good day!!

husband has calcific tendonitis and can't use his right hand. he writes like a kindergartner with his left hand. i find it somehow very endearing. it's pissing down rain. i had a dull caffeine-induced headache all afternoon. i'm not sure if it was from not enough caffeine or too much. and have i mentioned the rain? the bunny chewed off a bunch of the nail polish from my thumb when i wasn't paying attention. the rain made the satellite dish go out (i think it may have drowned) and now that poor lawyer girl from philly will eternally be stuck with her old wardrobe. the dishes are piling up in the sink because i don't feel like doing them and husband can't with his gimp hand. i want to say that it was a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, but i already used that previously and i'm supposed to be getting my edge back, not repeating myself...in all, it was a tuesday that felt like a monday. and i'm glad it's over.

I love how you can make things that are totally crappy somehow sound downright amusing. Here's hoping Wednesday is better!

It's horrible when you get a Monday-like Tuesday. I had one too, and I was also glad when it was bed time! I hope your headache has gone! xxx
