With all the hullabaloo over the 33rd District lines, most observers have overlooked the sensible changes to District 39 (our district).  Unified Park Slope, a more unified Gowanus, and incorporates the waterfront. For District 39 anyway, it's a good change. Note the colors on the map denote the area of the old districts, while the black lines denote the proposed new boundaries.
