The Mike Wilson pieces in the NYT are always good reads.  Slice of life stuff.  I actually met this reporter 8-9 years ago in a social setting.  I don't know if he'd remember me at all, but for some reason I'm always happy to see he's still putting out good articles.  A police officer watched from some distance. The officer knew the man, who was 43, because he had been arrested more than 30 times in Brooklyn over the years. Someone buzzed the man in. He re-emerged moments later, carrying two boxes.
