"The Sackett Union condos in Carroll Gardens have sold out, and in almost no time. Units first hit the market in September. The cheapest unit was a 1,128-square-foot two bedroom listed for $1,105,000 and the priciest, a four-bedroom penthouse unit for $3,100,000." Brownstoner has renderings for the townhouses that are being developed along with the condos. Uninspiring but not awful street aesthetics; I'm sure they will sell profitably. But I bet they'd sell even faster if they had made an effort to go with a classic look on the stoops and included cornices. http://www.brownstoner.com/blog/2013/02/sackett-union-sells-out-plus-new-townhouse-renderings/ Amazing to consider the previous developer went bankrupt and left this as a hole in the ground for a few years!
