SPOTTED: People, about two feet away from the designated "cart rack" or aisle, leaving their carts strewn out in parking spots dinging up cars or wheeling into coming traffic EVERY DAY! Are we that lazy?

I know, I know, you've heard it before, but "Chester Avenue" and "North Chester Avenue" are different. If you are in Oildale, it would be 1700 North Chester Avenue. Plain old 1700 Chester Avenue would be at Chester and 17th Street in downtown Bakersfield. Rule of thumb: If it's north of the Kern River, it's North Chester.

Hi Richard
I wanted to also comment on your Covenant Coffee blog and let you know that our company PLCs Plus also uses them as a coffee service that supplies all coffee accessories including coffee, coffee makers and all coffee condiments. This service is also another way to support this great cause. It it would also be great if you could spread the word so other companies can use this great service. Thanks, Vince Romero.
