As I've mentioned before, we went to lunch with Granny and Papoo on New Year's Day. They took the opportunity to go ahead and give Annie her birthday present then. Annie loves to dress-up, now she can be Dorothy.
My apologies for the picture quality, this was taken by my phone, since our camera is on the fritz....
