[Image] We had our first family picnic at the park! It was so nice to be together as a family for an entire evening with no interruptions. We had a nice picnic dinner with Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. It was yummy (or as Josiah says "Nummy"). Then we played on the swings and playset; and then took a nice long walk on the nature trail. We even saw 2 baby deer and they let us get very close to them before running off. We ended the night at the amphitheater where the children took turns performing for us. It was the nicest night we have had in a long time.
