[Image] Yesterday, we had the first 5k Run (3 miles) of the year for my Strides group. It was so fun. We ran downtown across the purple people bridge and across the serpentine wall. I did ok. I finished with a time of 27:45 (that is a pace of 8:57 minute miles). My best time before that was 29:52, so I did a little better and I hope to get even better next time. I  didn't feel so well when I woke up and did not eat breakfast; and it turns out I got Annie and Josiah's stomach bug later in the day. Our next run is April 19th and is a 10K (6 miles). I can't wait!
