Jane,

That was so beautiful! I so enjoyed reading it! Really makes me think.

I would love for you to ask your hubby what brought on that question because if my husband asked me the same thing, I'd be dumbfounded! I do feel I think about Chris all during my day. He's very good about calling me several times each day when he's on the road. He's a super special guy and I feel very blessed, just as you do.

Thank you for ispiring me to notice the little things he says and does a bit more, and thank God for each and every one of them. ♥

Janie, this is a BEAUTIFUL post. It really gave me to cause to stop and ponder the same question. I try to focus my thoughts on the Lord for the most part, but I don't think God would mind if I focussed a little more of them on Mr. Magpie. I do think about him, but I need to concentrate more on all the things about him that make me smile or make me grateful. Not like you said, worrying about him at work or if he's sick or something.

I'm glad your husband asked this. It's a great question, and I love that you're still pondering it. You're doing a great job, Blondie! :-)

Sending many warm wishes your way...

XO,

Sheila :-)

"It really gave me cause to stop..." Not "to cause to stop."

I hate typos! LOL! My brain is frozen this morning along with the tundra outside.

XO,

Hello Jane, your thankful message is wonderful. You have got me thinking of how often do I really think of my loved ones and friends. Do I give them the time in my heart to honor their lives as much as I could. Especially my dh. He is the circle that completes my life. Do I give him the time of day he deserves?

Wow, thank you for your post today.

Hugs...Jeanne

Beautiful post Jane. Thank you for reminding us all to stop and listen to our hearts instead of our heads all the time! I do thank God every day for my husband and daughter, as well as all of our friends and family. This just reminds me of what I have to be grateful for and how lucky I am. Kathy

This is such a wonderful post. It really made me think, too, about being more intentional when it comes to thinking of my sweet husband and family. I love that he asked you that question - and by asking it, impacted all of us, too. :) Thanks for sharing it with us. I hope you have a great weekend!

What a wonderful post! Thank you for that reminder. As you said... who knows where that question came from but, it is a good one to remember. We are lucky girls to have special husbands so we do need to keep this thought in the FRONT of our mind & not let it slide back.

Your post was so thought provoking to me and I loved his question... It truly made me ponder also as it did you.
I have been married for almost 38 years to the most incredible and thoughtful man and he deserves my thoughts much more often. He always calls me during the day.
Thank You for sharing!
I am going to go now and ask HIM the same question!!! Hee hee and see what he has to say;)

well i am not married but it is a reasonable question even though a funny one. we all want to be loved and thought of and even God wants us to think of him. he says that even if we think on his name we will be saved. which was good comfort to me.
good answer for your husband though and should he read this post he will know the answer!!!!
and the word verification for this is surestru!!!!--sure, it is true. we think of you!!1
