I love your turkey platter. I would snatch that up in a heart beat if I saw it in an antique shop. Blue at the lake seems fitting. How fabulous that your renovations will be complete by March 1.

I love blue and white china. When I lived in Hong Kong I had so much fun visiting the shops there and because it was an English Colony at the time, there were British shops too. Your china is beautiful.

Thanks so much for your visit and the info on Bessie Pease Gutman...I looked in the lower right hand corner of my picture & it is signed Pears, exactly like the Pears Soaps signature but without the word soap...hmmm... It's probably not worth anything but I do love it... ;-) Bo

I llooovvve blue and white Spode! I think your turkey plate is my favorite...When I was little, I "made the connection" between the turkey and the food that was on my plate (it was Thanksgiving) and I've never eaten meat since! So the turkey holds a special place in my heart. :-)
