What a cute photo...CONGRATS on your award, too! How great! Hmmm...I'll have to give some thought to a caption for your photo. If I come up with something, I'll be sure to get back to you! Have a terrific evening!♥

What a cute bird! I have no idea what kind he is, but he looks young? Thanks for the tag, I actually did this one a few posts ago, but it is fun! I've done the 4th photo and the 6th photo tag, I guess I could use the 5th photo in the 5th folder if that's not cheating? Let me know and I'll do it! Kathy

How very funny is this photo! He acts like your the one who isn't supposed to be there.

Thanks for stopping by. Glad you liked the ICE photos. Those guys from China are something else. Yes, Texas gets one or two ice storms a year. It is supposed to be 23 degrees here tonight! Our blood is too thin for those kinds of temps. I don't know how you guys up there deal with the cold weeks on end. Stay warm. We will too. Hugs

Janie, that is an egret. I would have guessed a snowy egret, but his feet aren't yellow. If I remember my egrets correctly, there are several variities, and there's one called something like a little egret. This might be the one! It's a very cute shot :-)

And this is a fun tag! Annie was mine! LOL!

XO,

Sheila :-)

I get a flock of egrets in my backyard by the lake, so the caption is an easy one.

"Which way is the lake?"

I would love to own 42 sets of china and have the storage for all of it. Wouldn't that be great fun? I would never quit playing house.

I did the tag. Love your gorgeous white bird...great pic!

I go to Hobby Lobby's internet site every Monday to view the current ad. I never buy anything unless it's 50% off. If it's not on sale this week, it probably will be next week. Don't forget to look at the coupon. It's usually a 40% coupon for a non-sale item.

He's a cute little fellow - how funny that he landed and posed for you! He sort of looks like a little old man to me~ :)

Awww...{sniff}...thanks for saying such nice things about me. :-)

We have a similar bird, with longer legs and gray feathers, that hangs out in the lake behind the shore house (and don't get too excited thinking we live on a lake...it's basically a man made lake that you just *know* was a sewage "device" back in the day, LOL!)...oddly he's still there in the cold winter. I need to try and get a picture of him (her?)...it's a crazy looking bird to be hanging out in a cold New Jersey lake all by his (her?) lonesome.
