BTW, I have the same sweet old Bessie Guttman Pease print of the darling little child in the rocking chair. It is so precious - I've had it for many years and I still love it - makes me smile...

I love open shelving. There's such a relaxed charm to that type of decorating.

To address your comment...yes, we do indeed live hectic lives, currently. More so than I care for. But, I'm trying to look on the positive side. Traveling to places I've never been before is fun. ;)
