The bagpipe was really a nice idea. I love the seating charts....those windows. I haven't seen that before. I love all the unique weddings these days. Sure beats the reception line, cake and punch and hurry off to the honeymoon weddings when I was getting married. In two weeks 41 years.
Can't wait to see more.

Beautiful and so well planned Jane. They will have such rich and good memories of "their" fairy tale day. I think weddings are the closet we ever get to Camelot.

OMG, I think I would bawl like a baby for my son holding his hand out to me to dance at his wedding, Jane! I don't know how you held it together. Of course, realistically, I would most likely have handled it as well as you apparently did. I just would have excused myself to the ladies room afterwards and bawled there! Love the idea of the seating chart on those windows. Very unique and clever idea!

I thought I was following your blog and I had to add myself again. When I stopped blogging and my account there has been so much confusion for me having to start over :)

What a wonderful day for all of you. I bawled dancing with my youngest son at his reception too. It is an old, time honored tradition..as is the daughter's dance with the father. Something about cutting the apron strings..and Dad giving her up.

Love the bagpipe and ALL the wonderful decorations. They are a gorgeous couple. They will love Cabos San Lucas...tell them to save their pennies as cab fare is very expensive there if they are outside the city limits. Tell them to take the busses whenever they can. If they rent a car tell them to drive to La Paz...it is just a beautiful drive and a neat little city..full of artists.

More pictures anytime you feel like it, please! Did you get a REAL DEEP breath today? It takes a couple of days, doesn't it? xo Diana

It just looks wonderful, Jane!
When I looked at the first photo I got a little lump in my throat - TGD and I walked from church to reception with our bridal party and all our 150 guests, following a piper. There's a piper - usually a family member - at all of our family celebrations.
Can't wait to see your family photos!
