Where: Ginger & Spice, 240 Military Road, Neutral Bay.
(This acclaimed restaurant is on the left side of Military Road when heading to the Spit. The clearway ends at 7 PM and there is plenty of parking in side streets.)
Banquet Menu: Fish cakes, Spring Rolls, Prawn Cutlets, Beef Rendang, Singapore Chilli Prawns, Chicken Curry, Squid Kecap Manis and Gado Gado rice dessert.
(There is NO vegetarian option.)
Owner/Chef Alex has promised that NO ONE will leave hungry!
Cost: Members - $40; Guests of members and non members - $40.00
All drinks are payable on consumption. The restaurant is licensed. There is a $3 corkage charge. The restaurant does NOT have credit card facilities.
Any other food ordered not on the banquet menu must be paid for separately.

Note that only financial members are eligible for major door prizes.

TICCA announces a wine club with a difference: no club to join and no minimum quantity to buy. The wine of the month is a limited edition 2006 Millbrook Chardon-Viognier. This dry white wine from W.A is priced at $8 a bottle, payable on delivery. Please advise your interest as only the number of bottles ordered will be available at the TICCA dinner.
