[Image]So you crave ground meats encased in animal intestines do you? I do too! That's why I love this new place in downtown Salt Lake City called "Siegfrieds." My wife took me there during a recent lunch visit and exposed me to this "German Deli" serving authentic "German Cuisine" which is composed mostly of a variety of meats and gravys as well as pickeled leafy vegetables. I don't know why exactly but I sure enjoyed the hot dishes and find myself wanting to go back again.
