Wacky Patent of the Month (June. 2004): U.S. Trademark 0313765

I am watching one of my favorite programs, Modern Marvels on The History Channel. In todays program, gadgets old and new are noted. One expert talked to is Mr.Colitz, a patent attorney in D.C. He hosts the above mentioned website where once a month he highlights a wacky patent. Upon pursuing the website, I was thrilled to see the patent of the month was that of Walt Disney's Original TradeMark registration for Mickey Mouse. Check out the link, it's quite fascinating.
