Some new progress to report. After putting another insulating layer around the basement, they filled all the gaps around the basements. So I had to test drive the garage much to the embarrassment of Catherine and I am happy to report that car fits!

After this we went for a little trip and visited Crystal Beach where Catherine use to go for the rides at the no longer present amusement park when she was a kid. On the way back we made a stop at Fort Erie and at Niagara Falls to buy the birthday present for my mom.
