It's official now. The place is sold. We had to hand over a status certificate earlier in the week that contains information about the financial condition of the condo (cooperation). That has approved now. Normally a sale is also conditional on financing but not in our case and that means that there are no conditions left. On January 6th it will be "Show me the money" day :)
