[Image]It happend in Indonesia between 1999 and 2001 when Guzdur Abdur Rahman Wahid was the President. (The President was Guzdur Abdur Rahman Wahid. He was president from 1999 to 2001). A mosque in Surabaya (Town in Eastern Java) was renovated and was ready for inauguration by President. But the president insisted that a Hindu ritual by a Tantric Priest be held there prior to Inauguration. The civil engineer who had built the mosque was a South Indian from Malaysia. He phoned me in Sydney and requested me to immediately arrange for a tantric priest. With the help of VHP Ma. Ashok Singhal ji we were looking for a Tantric priest from Kerala. In the meantime the engineer found one himself again from Kerala and later informed me that President Abdur Rahman attended the Hindu Ritual from begining till end and only then he inaugurated the mosque for Islamic worship.
