I have just one question as to the situation where the banks won't say where their bailout money has gone: Why didn't Paulson require the banks to have separate accounting for public monies? Oh, and one more: Is this another example of Bush Administration stupidty (not requiring accountability) or is this more nefarious than we have been led to believe?
