I'm sure some of the food / vegetables was still good to eat, but people really shouldn't eat meat that hasn't been refrigerated for 3 days... There are tons of dangerous bacteria that have been multiplying for days. They will cross-contaminate cooking surfaces and other foods, especially if you're cooking with likely insufficient kitchen hygiene stemming from the difficult conditions.
