Does anyone have information about that disturbance on 4th st. b/w B and C Saturday night/Sunday morning around 1:30AM? I saw a huge group of people throwing bottles and shouting about something, looked serious.

ShutUpHooker -- Some things just don't function when privately owned. Most things, actually, that people genuinely need: food, housing, health care, education, transportation, emergency services, to name a few.
