This is a really cool store, they have some very obscure brands and flavours. Not sure if this is the best location for them but its a good idea aptly fulfilled. For a chocolate lover, its a destination I think. That beer store and the saki store nearby are similarly interestingly obsessive.

there was (still is?) a bar called the library. i don't remember them having a problem with the name.
it was not down here.

What about the Library bar on A? Is it only new places that the education department goes after? Because if kids are actually confused by this I'd rather they end up in a chocolate shop.
