They could always go get a shovel and clean it up themselves...naw, easier to whine a bit! We demand the State clean up every snowflake as they fall!

I know from talking to the park staff that they are very minimally staffed at the best of times. This is obviously a case that their management didn't insist on help or simply weren't persuasive enough. They have misdemeanor offenders working on an irregular basis so I guess we need more turn style jumpers.

Does the park have a staff? They should be plowing the park. No reason it should be shut down by some snow.

Does the park have a staff?…
The park has the largest staff for a park of it's size in the entire city.
Please don't ask what it is they do.

I saw them plowing several times over the last couple of weeks. Why they dumped all the sludge right there in the middle of one of the most high-traffic paths is a mystery when they shoved it off to the side in other areas. This is now solid ice and can only get worse with each snow we get every other day. Saw two men fall in this area on Saturday.
