Has there been any update on Bleecker Bob's? Can they just move in here?? Please??

Bleecker Bob's on the same stretch as Vazac's, Manitoba's, and Sunny and Annie's? I would never be anywhere else.

Last I heard about Bleecker Bob's... they were looking at space on a quiet side street in the East Village ... and they'd have to close by 9 on weekends!

so what is the reasonable price they are offering for that 1,700 foot space? me thinks it must not be that reasonable since they failed to mention the price.
