I can't believe I'm about to say this but $7 sounds inexpensive in today's market. No, I'm not a realty troll

I don't know how building descriptions work, but does this not make sense:

- 5 story building
- 2 duplexes
- 2 floor through apartments

Isn't that six stories?

Anon 11:20 -

Usually when duplexes are on the first floor, they're the first and basement floor combined - if that's the case, and they're not counting the basement as an actual "floor" (as most buildings don't), then it can still add up to 5. Not sure if that's the case with this spot, though!

It's "only" 7M because it's in a flood zone.

"The building is steel and concrete in addition to being earthquake compliant and fire resistant."
They forgot to mention that it is also in flood zone 1.

Maybe the flood risk is part of the fire resistance.
