is this an upgrade or a downgrade, or just expanding? isn't it supposed to be that one graduates from a food truck into a space/restaurant, e.g. mud truck, van leeuwen, etc.

From here, they'll continue downgrading to the owner's apartment, where he'll have a stealth coffee delivery service that will be featured in the Post.

This just in...The Bean truck has been converted to a Starbucks truck. I saw it happen the truck was hit by Tasmanian Devil type whirlwind and in an instant it was a turned in to Starbucks truck.
