So the seemingly vacant Sea Salt storefront is finally gone after 6 years! A commenter in an earlier post said that the Brick Lane folks have owned this space for 3 years and have been using it for storage? Either the rent is very cheap or they own the building. What's the story?

I lived in this building for 5 years and they don't own it.
