It’s been, what, 2 years or so? since I started using Office 2007 and I STILL have trouble finding some of the more obscure features in the Ribbon interface. I’d heard of PSchmid making a "Classic UI" add-in that would create a Ribbon tab containing all the familiar classic menus, but I was always too cheap to pay the $30 license cost.
