Every year, the Nashville Christmas Parade passes by our church. The church had a big float with a nativity scene and carolers, playing a track taped on Wednesday night. Patrick was one of the singers, but didn't actually have to be on the float. We had a children's event beforehand with crafts, Chick-Fil-A, cookie decorating, and Cindy Sterling reading stories. We stayed and watched the parade (which included at least a half hour of Shriners) until the church float came by. Adam was facinated by the whole thing, especially the balloons. After we left he kept saying, "Pwade? Bawwoon?"
