Literally, we haven't gotten it. The movie Ray has been sitting atop our queue of "next" movies for probably a month. Every time we look, it says "Available Now" on the status, and every time we get a "new movie shipped" email, it's not Ray. Who's stealing it from us? Is it some sort of bias Blockbuster has against us, or against the movie?

Oh Blockbuster, why do you taunt us so?
