[Image]No, it's not exactly iPhoto, but Picasa was recently purchased by Google and is now a free download. It used to be $30 just a couple of weeks ago. If you want a great photo management program for Windows, this is it.

It's tightly integrated with Blogger, and has some really cool "wow" features like the "timeline" view.
