So that's what "skip" means. I was wondering.

I guess that skip comes from Skipper... like a boat capatain. Or I could be wrong.

Hey, pretty cool the social media coordinator reached out to you...

I haven't been able to watch any of the olympics so far, but have kept up with it via you and Jay...

Liza will get over it.. The truth hurts sometimes, but it's still the truth. i.e. The USA Curling team stinking it up in Vancouver! :(

Hey I agreed to blog about the olympics but I would never sell out my belief system. (unless they were forking over some serious cash... in this case they are asking me for cash instead.)

I still just don't "get" the Olympics. I guess I'm just weird. No news there! LOL.

I've gotten a couple of emails from Liza too. I decided not to respond. If she reads my blog today, she'll be glad I didn't. LOL

Poor Shuster. I know the game is much harder than it looks, but his opportunities to give the US a win have been pretty straight forward and he flat out choked on them. For him to just shrug it off is infuriating. Man up and take responsibility dude.

My dad curls, and it is interesting to watch, but I don't really get it. I need to figure it out, huh!?

Thank the Gods of Curling (or whatever mystical creatures run amock under the "sheets") that the women finally pulled it together for a win.

The only curling I know anything about involved a blow drier a round brush and a hair iron. If there were an olympic event about that, I would kick ass.

I literally turned to my husband today and asked why this was even a sport. I just don't understand.

I still haven't watched curling, but all your passion about it just might convince me to see what it's all about. Hope there are still some events to catch. My husband is all kinds of fascinated with it already.
