My Grandpa owned a roofing company for like 50 years. He was 78 years old and still climbing ladders while carrying bundles of shingles on his shoulder. He was one tough dude.

Summer is bringing a lot of the cheesy reality shows back. I will be watching those.

My grandfather dealt with concrete and cement. He outlived all his colleagues who all disappeared mysteriously.

I was thinking John Malcovich... using the same accent as Teddy KGB in Rounders

Barrack is only THREE years older than me??? Holy Crap! And almost to the day, too!

Yea, I saw the video of those houses falling in the water. Freaking amazing.

I head about the Smurff movie too! The guys on the radio here said Shawn Connery should be Papa Smurff.

During the summer, I rarely watch TV, cause it's SO freaking boring!

And I try to stay outside for the most part until it gets dark. Then I go in and go to bed and watch Ghost Hunters, Haunted History, SCI FI channel, etc. I LOVE to be scared!

Ok, I'm a little freaked out by the Smurfs movie b/c it's supposed to be a live action animation...kind of like Beowulf. Why can't they just keep my Smurfs smurftastic like they always were??? (check out Angry Black Bitch's post on it today, you can get there from my blogroll)

I'll be watching So You Think You Can Dance this summer...I can't believe I just admitted that...

Oh and I would never think I'd be rick rolled by you, Turtle :)

Sean Connery as Papa Smurf is perfect! I wonder who'll play Smurfette? Angelina Jolie? I kept waiting for one of the boys to get it on with her. What does THAT say about my childhood?

I am watching Men in Trees and SYTYCD. Both were on last night and both were awesome!!

Most of summer I'll be too busy to watch much. I like to be outside whenever possible too.

Hey Doc! Did you see that A1A: The OFFICIAL Jimmy Buffet tribute band will be in K-town on the 21st? We should get a group together to go and drink Margaritas and Landsharks.

G... Well after last week I am being cautious with the Rick rolling... (and I am not Turtle)

Apple... you people and your dancing shows... LOL Are you going to watch the ballroom dancing at the Olympics too? Where on earth in Kannapolis will they be playing?

Yes, I will be watching Ballroom dancing on the Olympics. It is actually a little known secret dream of mine.

They are playing at the ampitheatre in Village Park. Starts at 7pm. Get there early for a good spot...bring your own cooler and lawn chair.

Leighann - I think with only one female smurf it would be a different kind of movie.

Like "Smurfette Does The Mushroom Village" or something like that.
