I'm glad I had the chance to go to a Yankees game in the real stadium, the history of the place is so surreal...say goodbye for the rest of us fans!

My son got choked up talking about all the games I took him to there. We met the Goose.Dave Winfied hit a ball that landed in Jeff's soda!!

We always got there as soon as the doors opened. We talked to Reggie and he break danced for us. Guidry explained why he never changed caps and on and on and on!!

And I met Mickey Mantle the very first time I even went there.

Sigh

I am sorry that you are having to say good bye to a place that holds lots of memories for you and your dad, but I am glad that you are making a new one with him today. Saying good bye together is actually pretty cool Mt. Cat. And the Yankees are Eternal!
