Your random thoughts are kinds lame this week! :p

My oldest dauther is high maintenance with her food, if anything touches, she won't eat it.

How many Landsharks did Patrick drink?

Embarrasing song I like.... I can't think of one, but I'm sure there are SEVERAL!

Doc, my favoirte embarrassing song is 'Bye, Bye, Bye' by the Backend Boys too!

BTW Doc who was that kid in high school who semi-liked the song 'Hangin' Tough' by New Kids on the Block but claimed he hated New Kids on the Block? He told us once that "Hangin' Tough is a song that I would like if it wasn't by New Kids on the Block." Do you remember?

His statement made no sense what-so-ever!

Nice party spread. What news have you been watching? I keep thinking things are getting worse and worse.
I'm not embarrassed by any of my favorite songs but I know others think I should be. One of my favorites ever is "Yellow Snow" I heart Frank Zappa and that tune is so flippin' odd I can't help but love it.

Doc, No my borther-in-law got me into Frank Zappa.

That kid was from our high school or Harris Teeter. I don't remember his name, only the conversation. I was hoping you would.

Nice plane pics Doc.

They made three passes before the National anthem was sung so I got a few good shots however I missed the final pass where they were REALLY low becuase I was busy on the grill.

It was only in baby talk but I think Patrick (who was pointing skyward) was actually saying, "Da plane, Da plane Dada!"

Why does using the self-propelled mower hurt your back? That doesn't make any sense!

Those jets scared the sh*t out of my kids. Chile #1 kept running over asking my what was wrong and why were they firing missles at Charlotte. LOL!

Your race spread sounds yummier than mine. We just grilled burgers and had chips, beans & tuna salad. *green with envy*

It's very hard to manuver with stop and start. When you have to push it any it's 3 times as hard as a regualr mower and it's got small wheels plus the handle is down low and you can't adjust it up (i tried) so I was having to stoop over the whole time and that was killing my back. I used the new mower on Saturday and it took much less time than the old one.

First question. A self-propelled mower hurts your back? Why? I'm wondering because my back has started hurting while I mow, and yes, it's self-propelled!

My God that food you guys had sounds so freaking good! And jets flying over? What race? I've been out of the loop since Peach Fest. I have no idea what's going on!

"Not cutting up Cool-Whip". Holy crap. I would have spit beer every where! LOL Thank God I have no high maitenance kids, except the fact my youngest will rarely eat meat, of any kind!!!!! Weird, huh?

Green Bombs. Hmmm. Maybe they have a mixture of grass and tree seeds with fertilizer so after the destruction, things will be planted! LOL

BTW, I've always like, "Please Don't Go Girl" by the New Kids on the Block, and just about every song sung by .... crap. You know, the guys who didn't REALLY sing the songs? Damn! I can't remember!

your longest day sounds great doc

sunshine's blog is wonderful, I won't have my tat in time to participate but she and Knight inspired me to really do it instead of just design it to death.

I think the freakin' world is full of big news every moment. It's just not covered by our press although they will warn us not to look at Rachel Ray's scarf in a commercial - it's a terrorist scarf!

and we come full circle - bombs get friendlier while scarves become tools of terror.

it is a wonderful world.
