American Idol pisses me off more and more each week. One of these days I'm going to quit watching it all together. ;)
David Arentyougoneyet looks petrified each week and when he hears "you're safe" looks as if he's going to have a nervous breakdown.
My husband said they're only keeping him around so his dad doesn't beat him anymore.

Jason Castro sucks! He's been terrible from day one and the fact that he hasn't been voted off is proof of what pathetic tastes people in this country have.
I do what I can Doc. BTW a friend of mine called and said "I thought the name of that song was teenage wasteland" during the song. Can we just stop it all now and let David Cook get in the studio and then out on the road please? I really don't feel like waiting another couple weeks listening to the rest of them. See what you can do about that for us, ok Doc?

Thats my point Pat. I am a huge Who fan (thanks mostly to Mt. Cat) and I remember having a converstaion with him about the SAME thing like 15 years ago! History repeats itself...
BTW - It's not the best Who song because I can name at least 7 better than that one.
But I had to comment on how great Lesley's entry is! I'd love me one of those caskets as long as it was made of fun-house mirrors.

True that was a story we had and it held true for a long time but False he was finally beaten by me eventually when that song was playing. He did try to revive it up the last time we played pool at my favorite bar in NYC (Dewys Flat Iron) but we couldn't get it played. It was freaky too because I was the better pool player between the two of us but doggone if he won everytime that song played... And that song lasts forever too!
Doc, You are not a better pool player than me! We were evenly matched in college. However you did beat me 10 games to 9 that one night when we played until 6 in the morning at your frat house. Good times. We have to have a rematch soon.

Thanks to everyone who played word game yesterday. Great answers as always. This is really tough trying to choose just one because yesterday there could have been many winners.
