This is tough. I think Hillary will get the nomination, but I don't think she can win against McCain. I think Obama could win the election against McCain, but I don't think he will get the nomination. So confusing.
Karen that kind of sums up the way I feel too... I voted Hillary though. I just have this bad feeling she is going to win. My one saving grace would be if Obama is her running mate.
I'm with Matt-Man on this one - I have absolutely no clue who will win this election. I think McCain will get the Republican nomination and I think (PRAY) that Obama will get the Democratic nomination.
The wild cards are: (1) Who will Republicans vote for because there really isn't a *true* Republican running in this election, and (2) Is our country going to move towards a more Socialist Government.
I've been watching the process from the confines of my igloo and I think people might like to dust off the old Clinton buttons. But I swear, she brings the headband back and I'm writing a very stern letter to the Queen asking she declare war on your arses.
Bill would be First Gentleman? That'd be rich... ;)
I, too, have to say that I really don't have a gut feeling on this one...but I do think that Obama will kill McCain as long as he is the democratic nominee. I think he's got a lot more support than we may think and could very well win the primary - that's my hope and prayer anyway!

Well last week we learned that Dunkin' Donuts coffee is preferred by over 60 percent of the readers of this blog over that caffinated sludge that is Starbucks coffee. Thank you to everyone who voted... This week we are going to go back to the political arena. With "Super Tuesday" where tons of primaries will help decide who is the nominee for each party being tomorrow I figured a good political question is in order. This isn't the run of the mill poll where we ask who you want to win the White House. This poll asks who does your gut tell you will win the White House this fall? Please feel free to discuss but leave the voting to who you think WILL win and not who you want to win. Voting runs through midnight Sunday. Should be interesting.

I can't decide on this at all. I think the Democrats have a huge advantage this time, but I also think that Hillary can piss that advantage away.
So I think my gut tells me that Hillary will be the nominee and she will lose to McCain.
