Talking with my grandfather always brings the biggest smile to my face. At times I've gotten a little carried away with his '-isms', but when he's just so awesome, it's hard not to. In our conversation just now he shared: If you're going to race with me, and I don't win, you're going to break the record. That's coming from a genuine sense he's giving his efforts the most, and he always does it gracefully. I am working on both the former and the latter. I should be so lucky to get where he is, when I catch up to his age fifty-six years from now.
