It was quite enlightening to listen to the presentations by the five leading agencies.
Some bright new ideas, I must say. And some mundane ones too.
But what I found most revealing was how they followed up their pitches.
I got a nicely handwritten letter with words of gratitude.
In America, and especially in big cities, people tend to be brisk and brusque.
