最近、毎週週末はお好み焼きを作っています。

それは先日のオフ会でとくパパさんからお土産に、大阪名物
お好みたこ焼きソース（１リットル）を頂いたからです。

ホットプレートがないのでフライパンで作るのですが、火の調整
が最初はむずかしく焦がしてしまいました。

３度目くらいになると、それなりに作れるようになりました。

まだまだソースはたっぷり残っているので、今度は焼きそばでも
作ろうかと思っています。
