以前は夜に英語を勉強していたのですが、
朝のほうが頭がすっきりとする気がしています。

前ふりのことばとして使う。I'llやIはよく省略される。

「うがいをする」を英語で説明するとこうなります。

If you gargle, you wash your mouth and throat by filling your
mouth with a liquid, tipping your head back and using your
throat to blow bubbles through the liquid, and finally
spitting it out.

ex) Try gargling with salt water as soon as a cough begins.
