you mean that they are extremely good and of the

first rateとも書く。

If you say that someone thrives on a particular
situation, you mean that they enjoy it or that
they can deal with it very well, especially when

available for a task or function that they were

calculations using a calculator or computer.

Pesky means irritating. [INFORMAL]

A peddler is someone who goes from place to place
in order to sell something.

A drug peddler is a person who sells illegal drugs.

cash in on もうける、利用する、つけこむ

If you say that someone cashes in on a situation,
you are criticizing them for using it to gain an
advantage, often in an unfair or dishonest way.

これ、"Quote...Unquote"からです。
コウビルドではdisapprovalという注釈が付いていて、
悪い意味で使うとあります。

"Quote...Unquote"では経験を生かすという良い意味で
使われています。

I'm going to には「否定的な予測」の意味もある。

■英会話中級

けっこう中級難しいですね。テキストを見ないで
初めて聞いたとき、あんまりわかりませんでした。

get one's hands off 手を出さない、触らない
plan on -ing …するつもりである
company 訪問者、来客、仲間
stuff 詰め込む、ガツガツ食べる
choke on ... …で喉を詰まらせる
scraps 食べ残し

PRONUNCIATION　発音のコーナーもなかなかよいですね。
1日一個位が量的にちょうどよいです。

今日の aは広がる感じで、ェアーって感じでしょうか。

■英会話上級

Hi, there よろしく
naughty 行儀の悪い
yam ヤムイモ、サツマイモ
grumpy 不機嫌な

We live on the other side of the dog run.
　→live in に慣れている我々にはどきっとする言い方です。

You look like you could use a cup of coffee.
　→これ、知りませんでした。
