Wow - that is a nice project, Simon. They will definitely be quite a force on the battle field. Best, Dean

That will be a formidable looking force on the field of battle Anxious to see these finished and deployed wheel-to-wheel for a photo shoot.

These are going to look extremely intimidating on the battlefield, and I can only agree with Jonathan that a shot of them all ranked up would be a sight to see!

BTW, love that ominous aside; "(of the first wave"). If memory serves, you have another ten or so of these bad boys waiting in the wings...?

These are shaping up very nicely. I'd like to be the charioteer for the woman in blue. Or maybe not as she's waving a head around. Is that Queen Boudica?

Thanks! Nick Speller (Happy 50th, Nick!) painted all the tartans.

Ev, there are 9 in the first wave, there will be 7 more in the second and a final 7 (eventually) in the third. That will use up the horses and chariot parts that I have at the moment.

Cheers, Simon

Hi Monty, yes that is, indeed, Boudica! I have a nice nekkid charioteer for her vehicle, too. Next year I plan to do the Boudiccan revolt.

If you need re-inforcements for the revolt I have almost completed the 14th legion!

Guilt, guilt... I was looking at them only this week. They aren't needed for the Salute game but will be perfect for the Boudiccan revolt that I plan to do later in the year....

Oh, that will be fabulous! I think this will be my favorite chariot but I'll keep an open mind when you paint up others!
