Great work Simon. Add in plenty of chicken manure pellets to help fertilise the soil and improve its structure, plus peat free compost, as I imagine you are on London clay.

Thanks Steve- yes I put a whole tub of chicken manure in the smaller bed and have one on order for the main bed. Also lots of compost. It'll be fine!
