Thanks Prufrock! The double depth gives more options for positioning the minis, so the units can look more irregular. I don't like regular looking light troops.

I like the shields a lot, and the different shades on the wolf skins look great! It's a lot of work to get that many different shades all done properly. This is going to be a very beautiful unit.

Like them a LOT. I'm painting some more 10mm velites soon and will try to reflect some of the good work here.

Only problem is they are Pendraken (only 1 pose) so they all look a bit 'samey'. Might try some variations in tunic colours and shield designs as you have.
