Agreed! Macs are fabulous. I used several over the years.

Linux also offers a welcome and secure change from Windoze and will run on either Mac or PC ... though I recommend leaving your lovely Mac just as it is, but perhaps ditching all versions of Windows for Linux.

Hoping your Mac brings happiness and good fortune!

Bestest.

No Windows?! That would be a lot of changes at once. I definitely need baby steps.

Feel the fear and do it anyway! Most of Linux is "plug and play" ...

It was when I got my most recent Mac - after a long period on Windows machines - that I decided to put Linux on my PC laptop. It was so easy and I fell so in love with Linux that I had no hesitation in using the XP CD as a frisbee ... And I found I was using the Linux machine more than the Mac ...

But Macs certainly are excellent.

It's 7am here ... What time is it with you? You must be up pretty late ... ?

It's a little after 1 a.m. I'm a night person. I tried to fight it for a long time, but I don't have to anymore, being self employed. I work at night, sleep while the offspring are in school and get up in the early afternoon. I don't know why, but I'm more productive that way.

Glad you are feeling better. Great post. I love my iPhone, but don't like the keyboard on a Mac. Other than that, they are great. Still, I love my Dell XPS. Sweet machine--even with the freeze-ups. : )
